Dr. LaRue is the substance use director for Wellpath in Michigan, where she provides clinical, educational, and administrative leadership for the diagnosis and treatment of substance use disorder and coordinates care with hospitals, clinics, and correctional health sites. She is the former medical director for Centurion for the State of Delaware, providing clinical operations leadership to medical, mental health, dental, and nursing teams and clinical oversight for statewide health care through utilization management, continuous quality improvement, and direct engagement with site health care staff. She previously served as the assistant statewide medical director for Wellpath in Massachusetts and medical director for Bayside state prison in New Jersey. Dr. LaRue is board-certified in addiction medicine and internal medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Correctional Physicians.
