This presentation will outline treatment options for addressing dental caries, oral infections, dental abscesses, and rampant decay resulting from neglect or drug use. It will include a differential diagnosis framework, appropriate antibiotic regimens based on the severity of infection, and recommendations for nonnarcotic analgesics following the 2024 guidelines.
