NCCHC, in partnership with the National Sheriff’s Association, first released Jail-Based MAT: Promising Practices, Guidelines, and Resources, a widely recognized resource for correctional facilities, in 2018. As the opioid crisis and treatment landscape have evolved, so has the need for updated guidance. Now, NCCHC has released a new edition with the latest research and recommendations. This session will cover key updates, the development process, and practical strategies for implementing effective jail-based MAT programs.
