Description
This interactive workshop explores how individuals move from suicidal thoughts to actions and how hope and agency can redirect these impulses toward alternative behaviors. Presenters will examine the theory of suicide capability, the limited predictive value of common risk factors, and interventions that support choice and empowerment. Participants will engage with assessments, strategies, and practical approaches to help reduce suicide risk, promote safety, and better understand how to take positive steps toward reducing suicide risk.
