This poster highlights the South Carolina Department of Corrections' universal Hepatitis C testing and treatment program, which began in 2019. The team overcame common challenges and developed a system to keep track of patients at every step of the testing and treatment process, achieving a 98% treatment success rate and reducing the need for costly second-line regimens.
