Ms. Latasha McMillan is vice president of operations for YesCare at the Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services in Maryland, where she oversees all day-to-day facility operations. She completed undergraduate studies at Delaware State University and obtained graduate degrees in health care administration and nursing leadership at Wilmington University. She has been in the correctional environment since 2006. Holding both the nurse executive advanced and certified correctional health professional certifications, she has worked with all partners to establish safe and quality care for the inmate patient population.
