Dr. Susan Minter is a doctorally prepared nurse practitioner. She is dual-board-certified in adult and family practice and has extensive experience in primary care and correctional medicine. She works at a large county jail in Florida as the sole primary care night provider on site. Dr. Minter has served as an expert witness and provided extensive chart reviews for the legal community on the topic of nursing documentation and administration issues. She lectures frequently on multidisciplinary topics that impact the correctional community, and her passion is teaching and mentoring the upcoming generation of nurses and providers on best practices to care for their patients.
