Ms. Kendra N. Stark is a senior counsel in the Raleigh office of Gordon & Rees. Ms. Stark focuses her practice on professional liability matters, including the defense of health care providers, veterinarians, attorneys, insurance agents and brokers, directors and officers, real estate agents and brokers, and architects and engineers. She regularly represents design professionals in construction defect and delay claims, and defends complex commercial and business actions, wrongful death and personal injury actions, and bid protests at the Government Accountability Office. Ms. Stark also has substantial experience defending Section 1983 deliberate indifference cases against correctional medical providers. Ms. Stark obtained her J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston- Salem, North Carolina.
