Mr. Zach Stout completed his dual master’s in legal studies and public policy at the University of Arizona. He is the Education Programming Supervisor for Pima County Behavioral Health’s Inmate Navigation, Enrollment, Support and Treatment (INVEST) program. Mr. Stout has a passion for public policy which includes years of experience advocating for criminal justice reform at the local, state, and national level. He has earned several awards including the 2021 Centennial Achievement Award (University of Arizona), the Law College Association Scholastic Merit Award (James E Rogers College of Law) and most recently, he was recently recognized as one of Tucson’s 40 Under 40 2023 honorees by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
