Mr. Isaac McBeth is the General Counsel and Director for New Strategic Initiatives with Revolution Church, a religious nonprofit corporation based out of Lone Tree, Colorado.
Mr. McBeth began his legal practice at a large Richmond-area law firm in 2011 and subsequently joined a boutique firm, where he specialized in defending malpractice and constitutional claims against medical providers. During this time, Mr. McBeth also represented veterans seeking relief under the Federal Tort Claims Act in federal court and obtained significant recoveries on their behalf. At the same time, he began teaching courses on federal pretrial practice and procedure at the University of Richmond School of Law as an adjunct faculty member, and he continues to do so through present day.

Mr. McBeth joined the Halperin Law Center and eventually was promoted to litigation partner. During his time with the firm, he accumulated substantial experience litigating cases involving allegations that state and federal employees or contractors had violated the plaintiff’s constitutional rights, with a particular focus on alleged violations of the First, Fourth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments. For the past several years, he has received peer-nominated recognitions for his work in civil rights law, including Super Lawyers, Super Lawyers Rising Star, Best Lawyers Ones to Watch, and Leaders in the Law.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. McBeth served in the United States Army for eight years, working as a military intelligence analyst and a drill sergeant.
