Capt. Benjamin Kanten is a registered nurse with more than 20 years of experience in correctional health with the ICE Health Service Corps and the Federal Bureau of Prisons. He serves as regional nurse manager with the ICE Health Service Corps, providing oversight and support for nursing care at six facilities as well as providing input on agency operations and policies at the national level. He holds graduate degrees in nursing, business administration, and religious studies as well as a host of professional credentials, including the CCHP-A and CCHP-RN.
