Ms. Connie Smock has been a nurse manager at the Idaho Department of Correction for the past 6 years. Prior to her current position she was regional director of nursing for Idaho at Corizon Health. She holds the CCHP-RN designation and has pursued an active nursing career for 54 years. Ms. Smock’s MSN is in psychiatric nursing, and she has served in a variety of nursing roles, including clinical specialist, director of nursing, vice president of specialty services, associate administrator, nursing instructor, community development facilitator, and rural health care coordinator.
