Dr. Judith Thomas is a licensed Nurse Practitioner who has worked in correctional health for over 14 years. She oversees the medical care of incarcerated persons in the state institutional division as well as the intermediate sanctioned facility for people that fail to comply with terms and conditions of release to parole. She also serves as the Clinical Manager for Liver Disease, focusing on HCV oversight. Professional works include development of a Model of Care for Geriatrics in Correctional Care. She earned her MSN from West Texas A&M University and Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Texas Tech University Health Sciences.
