Ms. Karen Riley is the Founder and CEO of Titan Correctional Healthcare, LLC. Her 30 years in nursing have included serving as a Navy Nurse Corps officer and working as an emergency department director before moving into the field of correctional health care. During her 18 years in corrections, she has worked in jails and state prison systems as a site nurse, a regional manager, and an operations leader before moving into corporate continuous quality improvement and compliance director roles. In 2023, Ms. Riley began her own consulting firm and in August of 2025 expanded it into a healthcare company that assists prisons, jails, healthcare vendors, courts, and attorneys with program assistance and improvements, training, and interim leadership and specialty staffing. She earned her BSN at Old Dominion University and her MBA at the New York Institute of Technology.
