Ms. Maureen McDonnell has 33 years’ experience in building behavioral health interventions within the criminal justice system in Chicago and nationally, including building Medicaid enrollment projects in jails and prisons as well as health-focused jail and prison reentry programs. As part of the Justice System Partners team, she is working with 10 sites in California on implementation of the first Medicaid Reentry Demonstration Waiver in the U.S. Ms. McDonnell holds a BA in economics from Northwestern University and a master’s in public health from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
