Ms. Andrea Janota is the director of the Indiana University Indianapolis ECHO Center at the IU Fairbanks School of Public Health. She helped launch Indiana’s first ECHOs and now oversees the Center’s portfolio of programs aimed at expanding evidence-based care, reducing stigma, and addressing differences in health outcomes. Her work as a public health practitioner primarily focuses on substance use disorders, harm reduction, peer education, and correctional health. Andrea also teaches as adjunct faculty in the Department of Epidemiology. She holds an MPH in Global Health from Boston University and is pursuing a doctorate in Global Health Leadership
