Ms. Jennifer Ball is a clinical pharmacist at Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment in the Jail Consultative Services pilot. She is working to improve mental health and substance use care within correctional facilities. Prior to this, she started the first MOUD clinic in South Dakota and taught for South Dakota State University and the Sioux Falls Family Medicine Residency Program. She has expertise in substance use treatments, case management programs, and development of innovative health systems.
