Ms. Lori Palik is the Director of Nursing at the Reception and Treatment Center, Nebraska’s largest maximum-security intake facility. With over two decades of nursing leadership experience, she has served in acute care, long-term care, and correctional health. Ms. Palik has been recognized with the Nebraska Hospice & Palliative Care Association’s State Impact Award for her groundbreaking work in correctional hospice. She earned her MSN in Nurse Executive Leadership from Northwest Missouri State University and is a graduate of the NDCS Leadership Academy. Her efforts focus on improving health outcomes for incarcerated individuals through innovative, compassionate, and evidence-based programs.
