Mr. Michael Rich is the Behavioral Health Director of Jails for YesCare and an LCSW from Indiana with over 28 years of experience. He is also a commissioned Behavioral Health Officer in the Indiana Army National Guard. From November 2020 to December 2021, Mr. Rich was deployed for the COVID-19 Response Mission in Indiana. Returning to YesCare after a 3-year absence, Mr. Rich began his career in corrections as a Mental Health Professional in Pendleton, IN, in 2012. He quickly advanced through leadership roles, known for identifying needs and implementing effective changes.
