Dr. Ashley Brinkman is a consultant for NCCHC Resources, bringing expertise in health care administration and clinical oversight. Her background includes serving as a Health Services Administrator for Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, where she previously held the role of Deputy Health Services Administrator. Within Allegheny County government, she contributed to public health initiatives and community programs. Before that, Dr. Brinkman served as a director at TCV Community Services, a nonprofit provider of behavioral health treatment programs, and as a Clinical Supervisor at Rescue Mental Health & Addiction Services. Dr. Brinkman holds a PhD and an MA from The University of Toledo and a BS from Robert Morris University.
