Ms. Marie Mohapp is committed to bridging gaps between incarceration and community care. She began her career as a recreation therapist in secured psychiatric facilities and spent more than a decade with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. After earning her MSW, she worked at the state’s most secure forensic hospital until retiring from state service. She now provides pre-release CalAIM services at the San Luis Obispo County Jail, connecting eligible individuals to resources that support successful reintegration and long-term stability.
