Lt. Magdaleno Hernandez is a law enforcement lieutenant at Mono County Sheriff?s Department with over 20 years of progressive experience in patrol, investigations, training, and community engagement. With his proven record of leading personnel, improving programs, and building strong community partnerships, Lieutenant Hernandez is leading the efforts to implement the Cal-AIM justice involved initiative at the Mono County jail.
