Mr. Darren Xanthos, MBA, LCSW, is the founder and CEO of XHealth Solutions and a nationally recognized consultant in behavioral health, Medicaid managed care, and justice-involved populations. He has guided California counties through CalAIM Justice Involved pre-release programs, CARE Court implementation, and mental health diversion initiatives. In Washington State, Mr. Xanthos leads crisis system and behavioral health system-of-care planning for King County's Behavioral Health and Recovery Division. With prior leadership at CalOptima, Beacon Health Strategies, and community behavioral health agencies, he brings deep expertise in program design, alternative payment methodologies, and care integration for vulnerable populations.
