Dr. Rajamanoj Kondaveeti is a dental professional and health care leader with more than a decade of clinical, academic, and administrative experience. He serves as a correctional unit dentist and unit director with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice through Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Correctional Managed Care, where he oversees multiunit dental operations, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary team leadership. Dr. Kondaveeti earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine from Temple University’s Kornberg School of Dentistry and completed an international general practice residency at New York University. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in health care management with distinction. A certified correctional health professional, he is recognized for his leadership in correctional health care administration. He is a member of the American Dental Association and Texas Dental Association and has presented at national conferences, authored peer-reviewed publications, and served as a journal reviewer.
