MAVEN Project addresses inequities in health care by connecting providers at safety net clinics with expert physician volunteers for medical advice, mentorship, and education, giving clinic patients rapid access to high-quality specialty care.Using telehealth technology, we facilitate peer-to-peer connections between providers and volunteers to create a medical brain trust. To empower providers to deliver exceptional care, we combine timely medical consults with continuing medical education and 1:1 mentoring. This comprehensive support helps relieve provider burnout and improve outcomes for patients.
