Mr. Steve Tomlin serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development, Criminal Justice, for Bicycle Health. He focuses on expanding evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder services within correctional settings and during community reentry. Prior to joining Bicycle Health, he held senior executive leadership roles with YesCare, where he helped expand medication-assisted treatment services and support compliance with federal requirements related to opioid use disorder treatment. Mr. Tomlin is recognized for his expertise in correctional health care innovation, behavioral health services, and improving access to treatment for justice-involved populations.
