Allison Genberg is a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. She has been with the Passaic County Sheriff’s Department as the Behavioral Health Director since April 2009. Ms. Genberg served as Health Services Administrator for her site for two years during their Consent Order Monitoring and was proud to lead both the mental health and medical teams to a resolution of all monitoring by the ACLU. She has been involved with Crisis Intervention Training (CIT) implementation in Passaic County, NJ and is passionate about implementing programs to reduce Use of Force incidents as well as suicide risk reduction programming.
