Cancellation
Registrants who do not notify NCCHC by July 31 are responsible for full payment. To request a cancellation, send an email to info@ncchc.org. Please note that even if you do not participate on August 6-7, you have access to all sessions on-demand.
Discount for Correctional Mental Health Care Conference (Austin) registrants
Participants who paid for a full registration (regular, co-host, exhibitor, or student) for the Correctional Mental Health Care Conference in 2026 are eligible for a $99 registration fee. This discount will be applied automatically in the check out process. Individuals who cancel their registrations for the in-person Correctional Mental Health Care Conference will be charged the full amount for the Virtual Mental Health Care Conference.
Opt Out
During registration, you will have the option to opt out from having your email shared with exhibitors/sponsors. If you wish to completely opt out from any contact information being provided to ACCME-ineligible companies, please use this form. If you do not opt out, your information will be shared with all exhibitors, including ACCME-ineligible companies (companies whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re-selling, or distributing health care products used by or on patients.)
