Mrs. Melanie Davis is the Director of Infectious Disease Management at the South Carolina Department of Corrections. She has over 30 years' experience as a medical technologist with more than ten years in infection prevention and control. She has worked in correctional health for the last 24 years. Mrs. Davis is a past board member of the South Carolina Palmetto chapter of the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology and is currently active in the chapter.
