Mrs. Kiki Teal is the VP of Operations in Correctional Health with the Harris Health System serving over 9,000 patients inside the largest jail system in Texas. She has 20 years of correctional healthcare experience with more than ten years of progressive leadership experience in nursing and operational settings. In 2020, she received the Nurse Leader Daisy  Award for her work in Correctional Health as the Director of Nursing. Mrs. Teal holds a Master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Administration and is in the process of completing her MBA. She has a CCHP-RN certification and is an active NCCHC surveyor.
