Mrs. Devon Gregory is a licensed practical nurse with 22 years of experience and serves as the Director of Physical Health for the Indiana Department of Correction. She is also the Director of the Breann Leath Unit at the Indiana Women’s Prison. In this role, she oversees the unit’s activities, education, and shopping programs; manages donations; builds community connections; and coordinates care for infants while supporting the growth of incarcerated mothers. She ensures that the mothers receive the education, classes, training, and support needed to become effective parents. The mission of the unit is to keep mothers and babies together while providing education and resources that promote successful reentry into the community with greater skills and confidence than when they arrived.
