Mrs. Devon Gregory is a licensed practical nurse with more than 20 years of nursing experience and serves as Director of Physical Health for the Indiana Department of Correction. She also directs the Breann Leath Unit at the Indiana Women’s Prison, where she oversees programs designed to support incarcerated mothers and their children. Mrs. Gregory coordinates educational programming, community partnerships, and parenting resources while promoting healthy infant development and family bonding. Her work focuses on strengthening maternal-child outcomes, supporting successful reentry, and helping justice-involved women build the skills and confidence needed to thrive after incarceration.
