Dr. Lockard is a third year psychiatry resident at University of Washington. She has been working and researching at the intersection of addiction, incarceration, and homelessness for 9 years and is the currently American Psychiatric Association Edwin Valdiserri Correctional Public Psychiatry Fellow. She has an MPH in Health Policy from OHSU-PSU School of Public Health and a MD from Oregon Health & Science University.
