Purchase orders accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. Purchase order must accompany the registration form (coming soon). There is a $30 service charge for invoice processing.

Please use the registration form (coming soon) to receive the group discount. Send in all registration forms together.

How to Register a Colleague Online

First, determine if you and each individual has an existing NCCHC account. If you or any of your colleagues does not have an account, create an NCCHC account for each one here: https://my.ncchc.org/NC__Login. Select “Don’t have an account?” and follow the steps to create an account.

Next, verify that your account and each of their accounts is linked to the same affiliation. To add an affiliation, log in to the account that needs the affiliation and select “Add/Edit my Affiliations” and add the affiliation. 

Then, log in to your account and select “Register for an Event” and follow the prompts to register a colleague. When you are logged in to your account and you select "Register for an Event," you will see your colleagues’ names. Email info@ncchc.org if you need assistance.

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who cancel and do not notify NCCHC by February 24 are responsible for full payment. To request a cancellation,  send an email to info@ncchc.org. Please note that you have access to all sessions through April 30.
