* Certified Correctional Health Professionals (CCHPs) receive a $25 discount. Become a CCHP.

** Members of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals receive a $25 discount. The Academy is independent of NCCHC and the discount is offered as a courtesy.

Conference Registration

Pay by Check or PO

Purchase orders accepted only from government agencies and their contractors. Purchase order must accompany the registration form. There is a $30 service charge for invoice processing. 

Cancellation Policy

Registrants who do not notify NCCHC by November 16 and do not notify NCCHC are responsible for full payment. To request a cancellation,  send an email to info@ncchc.org. Please note that you have access to all sessions through December 31. 

Discount for National Conference registrants

Participants who paid for a full conference registration (regular, co-host, exhibitor, or student) for the National Conference on Correctional Health Care in Chicago are eligible for a $99 discount registration fee. This discount will be applied automatically in the check out process. Individuals who cancel their registrations for National Conference will be charged the full amount for the Virtual Fall Conference.
