Dr. Walter Campbell, known as Wally to his friends, is the chief psychologist of the Idaho Department of Correction. He has previously worked as a site-level psychologist in Indiana's Department of Correction, both in general population and in specialized mental health units. Prior to his doctoral work he was a probation officer, a juvenile correctional officer, a house parent in group homes, and an education coordinator in the Ohio prison system.
