Joseph Baskin MD is a forensic psychiatrist. He is the medical director of the Cuyahoga County Jail and a psychiatric provider there. He previously worked at Bridgewater State Hospital in Massachusetts (a level 4 maximum security facility), Ohio State University, and the Cleveland Clinic. His background includes psychodynamic psychotherapy and neuropsychiatry in addition to the forensic training.
