This poster presents a template for addressing the global issues of incarceration for both the incarcerated and their family, including children. Over 5 million children with incarcerated parents confront emotional disruptions and instability, often relying on a single parent, caregiver, or foster care. Academic performance falters, and the lack of stability heightens the risk of juvenile justice involvement. Despite limited research, a gap persists, particularly in longitudinal studies.
