Ms. Soliel Wall is the health services administrator at the Kansas Juvenile Correctional Complex. Ms. Wall holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Washburn University-Topeka, KS. She is a licensed masters level psychologist (LMLP) in Kansas. She has worked in corrections for eight years, beginning her career as a graduate student intern. In her current role as the health services administrator, Ms. Wall oversees the medical and behavioral health services at the facility. Prior to transitioning to this role in 2020, Ms. Wall worked as a behavioral health professional. During this time she served in various behavioral health capacities including behavior management unit therapist, sex offender treatment therapist, and the reception and diagnostic unit mental health evaluator.
