Ivan Rosario studied medicine at the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto, obtaining his degree as an Emergency Medicine Physician in 1993. He has stood out for his performance as a doctor and medical director of several institutions in Puerto Rico, directing medical and emergency services. mental health of the Guerrero Correctional Institution, located in the Municipality of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. During his tenure he has been working hand in hand with Ms. Iris Giselle Cardona Perez, Social Worker in Charge of the Residential Addictive Disorders Program, with evidence of success in transforming the additive patterns of incarcerated people.
