Ms. Sara Whaley is a Senior Practice Associate at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Director of Programs of the Bloomberg Overdose prevention Initiative at JHSPH. With experience in both opioid treatment and harm-reduction research, and direct service intervention, her goal as an advocate is to use research to inform policies that improve the health and well-being of individuals who use drugs and their families.
