Ms. Rachael DuBose has worked in the mental health field since 2010. She is the owner of Be the Light, a mental health organization that provides counseling, supervision, workshops, and training, including adult mental health first aid, and teaches undergraduate psychology at Southern New Hampshire University. She was featured in the ninth edition of Who’s Who in Black Cincinnati in 2023 and is involved with numerous community organizations, including Black Women Cultivating Change, Guiding Light Mentoring, Black Mental Wellness, and I.H.U. I Hear U!’s monthly wellness radio show.
