Ms. Brandi Harrison is a project manager with the Allegheny County Department of Human Services Justice Collaborations team, where she works to reduce incarceration and improve access to human services for the justice-involved population. She has over 20 years of experience planning, implementing, and managing cross-system projects, social service programs, and quality improvement initiatives in government and nonprofit organizations. For the past six years, Ms. Harrison has supported the Allegheny County Jail’s efforts to safely reduce the jail population and improve access to treatment, focusing on individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
