Ms. Brandi Harrison is a project manager with the Allegheny County Department of Human Services Justice Collaborations Team where she works to reduce incarceration and improve access to human services for the justice-involved population. She is a graduate of Carlow University (MS in professional leadership, nonprofit management) and Bethany College (BSW) and is a CCHP. She has over 20 years of experience planning, implementing, and managing cross-system projects, social service programs, and quality improvement initiatives in government and nonprofit organizations. For the past 6 years, she has supported the Allegheny County Jail’s efforts to safely reduce the jail population and improve access to treatment, focusing on individuals with serious mental illness and substance use disorder.
