Ms. Erin Kinsel has worked in behavioral health systems across Ohio and North Carolina over the past 20 years. She has worked with children and adults in institutional settings, providing community-based supported employment, and playing a key role in a DOJ settlement agreement aimed at transitioning adults with serious mental illness from institutional settings to less restrictive community-based settings. Currently, Ms. Kinsel serves as the director of support transition and reentry at Trillium Health Resources, where she leads a reentry program designed to help incarcerated adults with SMI and intellectual and developmental disabilities transition back into their communities.
