Dr. Jessica Linick is the co-clinical director at the Lionheart Foundation, a nonprofit organization that creates high-impact, evidence-based programming for trauma-impacted, systems-involved populations. Previously, she was the senior supervising psychologist with the Bellevue/NYU Juvenile Justice Mental Health Service and a clinical assistant professor with NYU School of Medicine, working within New York City’s secure and nonsecure juvenile detention centers. She also was a clinical supervisor at Rikers Island, serving adults with severe mental illness. Dr. Linick has written and presented internationally on topics related to attachment, disruptive behavior disorders, trauma-informed care, criminal justice reform, and the use of mindfulness within residential and forensic settings.
