Dr. Evan Norton is a clinical-forensic psychologist serving as deputy executive director for the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. In this role, he oversees the mental health treatment, medical services, reentry, probation, and research departments. He has presented at national and international conferences on juvenile justice, forensic risk assessment, and trauma-informed practices. Dr. Norton also is adjunct assistant professor at St. Mary’s University.
