Dr. Jessica Raak is the regional mental health director at Wellpath, overseeing mental health services for approximately 20 county jails. Previously, she worked in the Arizona prison system, where she began in 2012 as a mental health professional in a maximum-security mental health program. She later advanced to a contract monitor role, eventually became the mental health director at Arizona's largest state prison, and concluded her tenure in Arizona as part of the regional mental health team, overseeing services across 10 state prisons. Dr. Raak earned a PhD in criminology and criminal justice and a master’s degree in clinical counseling.
