Ms. Anna Woo is an MS in global medicine candidate at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California, expecting to graduate in May 2026, while also completing her BS in human biology with a minor in global health and a specialization in applied analytics, expected in May of 2025. Committed to health equity, particularly women?s health and globally marginalized populations, she serves on the Advocacy Committee for the National American Medical Women?s Association, and as a research assistant at the Global Research, Implementation, and Training Lab she conducts research on gender equity and menstrual hygiene interventions in Kenya and Uganda. She also works as a clinical volunteer coordinator, supporting low-income patients in Los Angeles by improving health care navigation and resources. She aspires to a career in global medicine, bridging clinical care, policy, and public health to address systemic health care disparities.
