Mr. Atrews Bell has been a Regional Mental Health Manager for Armor Correctional Services since 2023. Prior to transitioning into this role, he served as the Mental Health Director at St. Johns County Jail in St. Augustine, Florida, where he not only provided direct supervision to behavioral health counselors, psychiatric technicians, and discharge planners but he developed and implemented successful treatment plans for the use of crisis management. He has over a decade of experience with corrections serving in various roles, such as Forensics Case Manager, Behavior Specialist, and Mental Health Counselor. He earned his Bachelor of Science in criminology in 2001 at Florida State University, and in 2012, he obtained a Master of Science Degree in Mental Health Counseling and Psychology from Troy University.
