Ms. Wendy Habert is Director of Accreditation for NCCHC, where she oversees accreditation services for hundreds of correctional facilities nationwide and supports 120+ surveyor consultants. A Lead Surveyor with more than a decade of accreditation experience, she has spent nearly 30 years working in correctional settings. Her career has included roles as a deputy sheriff, health services administrator, compliance director, and regional operations leader for a national correctional health care company. Ms. Habert is widely recognized for her expertise in accreditation, quality improvement, correctional health care operations, and opioid treatment programs.
