Dr. Tammy Seeker is a program coordinator at state hospitals and a former program supervisor with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department. She is also an adjunct instructor at Angelo State University. She holds a doctorate in clinical social work from Angelo State University, a master of social work in direct practice (mental health) from the University of Texas at Arlington, and a bachelor’s degree in social psychology from Park University. Dr. Seeker is a Texas-licensed master social worker and a Texas-licensed chemical dependency counselor. She is a member of the Academy of Correctional Health Professionals, the American Board of Clinical Social Work, the International Association for Correctional and Forensic Psychology, the Society of Addiction Psychology, the Society of Clinical Psychology (SCP) and SCP’s Section IX, Assessment Psychology, the Society for Personality Assessment, the National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors, and the Texas Association of Addiction Professionals.
